The Swiss House offers cozy and modern meeting rooms and Borg’s noise-reducing booths installed in 2022. Come and hold a business meeting or seminar in one of our spacious, brand new meeting rooms or make business calls in one of our comfortable phonebooths. Four meeting rooms of different sizes and four noise-reducing booths are ready to be used by our Clients. To further improve the representativeness of the building, the atrium was re-designed by the architects from VaiklaStuudio in the Spring of 2012.
Location
Swiss House is located in an attractive residential and business district, which has recently seen an increase in its value through active development and renovation works. The office building is conveniently located and easily reachable for drivers and pedestrians alike – a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town, in the vicinity of many important institutions, commercial buildings, cafes, theaters and Old Town shopping.
Parking
Tenant parking is available in our underground parking garage and at a Europark located at Toompea 3 where a discounted rate applies to all Swiss House guests.
There are also several parking lots and garages near the building. Additionally, guests can park in front of our facilities (zone: Südalinn).
Swiss House clients can benefit from 20% discount in Finest parking house at Pärnu mnt 22. Parking in initiated in a mobile application (pargi.ee, Autlo) or via SMS. The discount code can be redeemed at Swiss House administration desk.

The design of the building was commissioned by the Swiss architectural firm Schweizer Rück. To further improve the prestige of the site, the atrium was re-designed by the architects from VaiklaStuudio in the Spring of 2012. 10 years later, in cooperation with the well-known interior architect Eliina Grünberg, comfortable and modern meeting rooms for business meetings and/or seminars were created on the first floor of the Swiss House. Today the Swiss House, located in an attractive residential and business district, is a rapidly developing commercial hub that offers modern and flexible solutions for all customers.
